Local Area

Local Area

Langdon Grange has the benefit of a private pedestrian gate providing access to Warren Lane leading to Oxshott Village just a half mile walk. With picturesque houses and a number of independent shops, it is arguably one of the most sought after villages in Surrey. Historically the village is served by two gastro pubs, The Victoria and The Bear, both offering fine quintessentially English dining. The Oxshott Sports Club is also located in the village, and offers modern sporting facilities providing a host of activities for locals to enjoy.

For additional amenities the popular village of Cobham lies a short drive away and provides an ideal shopping experience with a host of local and national shops and restaurants. There is an excellent choice of schools including the Royal Kent Primary School, Danes Hill School and Reed's School.

Oxshott station is well served with its frequent services to London Waterloo in around 30 minutes. It also provides great access to both the A3 and M25.
